Where details meet logistics. Our design and event management package is ideal for those ready to take on the planning elements of their event with the design and guidance of an expert team on the actual day.

When it comes to aesthetics like florals, stationary and table rentals, leave it to us. And when the day comes, we’ll ensure every detail is more than accounted for but in perfect position. You’ll also receive event management 60 days from your event, where we’ll organize your vendor team, create a seamless timeline and run the day as your lead. The result? Each detail is accounted for, moments seamlessly unfold, and you’re left dancing the night away with your people by your side.

The RC Process

Curious about working with us? The first step in this creative collaboration begins with our Inquiry Form. If it’s an aligned fit, we’ll follow up with our Investment Guide and a link to schedule a discovery call with our Owner and Lead Planner, Keely. During that call, we’ll get to know each other and invite you to share more about your event goals. If it’s a good fit, we’ll proceed with a contract, deposit and reserve your date.

The start of something intentional. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire inviting you to share more about your goals and inspiration for your event. We’ll meet virtually or in person to clarify any missing pieces before we go to the drawing board. 

02. Discovery

With your budget, date, and venue in mind, we’ll provide top-tier and vetted vendor recommendations from florists to caterers, music, videographers, and the list goes on.

03. Planning

Our favorite part. This is where our design expertise shines as we research, curate and vet every little detail to bring your event to fruition. You’ll receive a detailed design booklet complete with color stories and elements like stationery and setting mockups to get us closer to your story.

04. Design

Our Event Management team takes care of all the minute details like updating vendors, producing day-of timelines, seating charts, and rehearsal run-throughs. The result? A more-than seamless experience.

Yes, our services are available around the world. We take much of our inspiration from trips near and far and are always open to exploring new destinations. Our work has taken us to Colorado, Arizona, Mexico, New Orleans, California, Puerto Rico, Italy, New Mexico, and Portugal, to name a few. Kindly note our travel fee is not included in the package fees and is based on location.

Our clients always inspire the direction of the design, first and foremost. We love getting to know every client and finding out all of the little details about their inspiration or relationship that can be translated into the details of their event or wedding day. Like how you spend your time on a slow Sunday, what you love most about your partner, what environments inspire you, and the list goes on.
